If a player is not included in the acceptance list and is not invited to the pre-qualification tournament, the entry fee will be refunded in full.
The entry fee is not refundable if a player voluntarily withdraws after being accepted into the tournament.

32 players in each Boys’ and Girls’ category

28 players per category selected based on ITF Junior Rankings, Tennis Europe Rankings, National Rankings and National Federation nominations

U14: players born in 2012 or 2013 · U12: players born in 2014 or 2015

4 wild cards will be awarded by the organisers

8 pools of 4 players each, with Round Robin matches. The winners of each group progress to the quarterfinals

The winner of each quarterfinal receives a WC into the Junior Orange Bowl main draw

Best of three tiebreak sets

Two players tied atop the group: head-to-head decides. Three players tied: 1) set won percentage between tied players; 2) games won percentage between tied players; 3) set won percentage in all group matches; 4) games won percentage in all group matches

A forfeited match counts as 6:0, 6:0 for the purpose of standings. A player who retires during a match loses the current set (and any subsequent set, if needed) 6:0

U12: full draw. U14: the first 8 players in the Tennis Europe rankings for the week of September 28 are seeded, the rest is random. In both age groups, two players from the same country (with the exception of Bulgaria) cannot be placed in the same group

Any player not meeting the age and eligibility requirements for the European region will not be eligible to participate

Any withdrawal must be submitted by email before the deadline to both the Referee and the Tournament Director

It is the responsibility of European participants subject to a visa requirement to make all necessary arrangements in advance to obtain their entry visas for Bulgaria from the Bulgarian Embassies in their home or neighbouring countries
